About This Website

Thank you for visiting my website. I created this space to bring together my work as a Computer Science teacher, researcher, and lifelong learner. Over the years, I have taught students from different backgrounds, some complete beginners, others preparing for university, and I realised that clear, simple explanations can make a huge difference. This website grows out of that idea: to make computing easier to understand, one lesson at a time.

My academic work focuses on digital health, particularly wearable devices and how they are used in clinical studies. I investigate issues around reproducibility, reporting standards, and the reliability of digital health data. Alongside this, I teach programming and Computer Science topics ranging from fundamentals to more advanced ideas. The combination of research and teaching has shaped how I design my lessons: practical, organised, and rooted in real problems.

Here you will find full programming courses that I am continuously expanding. The Python and Java courses are written for people who want a step-by-step approach, with complete examples and clear explanations. Nothing is rushed, and nothing assumes you already know the topic. Each lesson is built to help you understand not only the “how” but also the “why” behind the code.

In addition to programming, I plan to publish materials from the many areas I have studied and taught, including:

My aim is to turn this website into a practical learning companion. Everything here is written with real students in mind, clear notes, structured lessons, and examples you can actually use. Whether you are a school student, a university learner, or an adult returning to study, I hope you find something here that supports your journey.

I invite you to explore the courses, browse the research pages, and check back often as I continue to add more lessons, notes, and study guides. This project will grow step by step, and I hope it becomes a useful resource for anyone with an interest in Computer Science.
